Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the TokenFast Service. This AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. Purpose

TokenFast provides API access to AI language models for legitimate business and personal use. This policy ensures the Service remains safe, reliable, and available for all users.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

2.1 Illegal Activities - Conduct any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law - Generate content that constitutes or facilitates illegal activity - Evade law enforcement or regulatory requirements

2.2 Harmful Content - Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors - Create content that promotes or incites violence against individuals or groups - Produce non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfake content of real individuals - Generate content designed to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate specific individuals - Create malware, ransomware, phishing materials, or other malicious code

2.3 Deception and Fraud - Generate fraudulent reviews, testimonials, or social media engagement - Create disinformation or fake news designed to deceive the public - Impersonate real individuals, organizations, or government entities - Produce fraudulent academic work or misleading research

2.4 Regulated Activities Without Compliance - Provide medical, legal, or financial advice without appropriate professional oversight and disclaimers - Make automated decisions that materially affect individuals (employment, credit, insurance, housing) without human review - Use the Service in safety-critical systems (medical devices, autonomous vehicles, weapons systems) without appropriate safeguards

2.5 Platform Abuse - Attempt to extract model weights, training data, or proprietary information from AI models - Use the Service to benchmark or evaluate models for the purpose of building competing AI systems - Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or content filters - Share, resell, or redistribute API keys or access credentials - Conduct automated scraping or data extraction at scale without authorization

3. Usage Limits

• Respect the rate limits and usage budgets associated with your plan
• Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Do not use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users

4. Content Responsibility

• You are responsible for all content submitted to and generated through the Service
• You must comply with each upstream model provider's usage policies
• You must provide appropriate disclosures when AI-generated content is presented to end users, as required by applicable law

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to: - Monitor usage patterns (not prompt content) for abuse detection - Investigate reported violations - Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy - Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities - Cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by law

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@tokenfast.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Consequences of Violation

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may: - Issue a warning and request corrective action - Temporarily suspend API access - Permanently terminate your account - Forfeit remaining credits without refund - Report activities to law enforcement

8. Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
